These two end tables were cut from a single slab of curly spalted myrtle, preserving the shared character of the wood while allowing each piece to stand on its own. Dramatic spalting patterns and flowing curl give the surfaces depth and movement, while the live edges maintain the organic shape of the original slab.
Mounted on hairpin legs, the pair can be used together or separately while still reflecting their common origin.
