This chestnut end table highlights the natural form of the slab, with a small feather curl visible in the grain near the center. A bowtie inlay stabilizes a natural crack, preserving the integrity of the piece while adding contrast.
The sides and underside were stained to frame the lighter top surface, and a cove-and-bead edge detail defines the top perimeter. The table is mounted on hairpin legs.
